December 18th theme: A trip around the world (e.g., acts of kindness, compassion and empathy for self and others, Holiday Party!)

Koa Kids Mindfulness presents Koa Sprouts, a mindfulness-based social and emotional learning (MBSEL) program that is developmentally appropriate for preschool children (ages 2.5-5), however all families will enjoy the weekly topics and fun themes!

The Society Clubhouse has large change rooms to use for changing and breast feeding if needed.

Date: Sundays from 10:00am- 11:30am

Drop-In Cost: $35.00 + HST per family (max 5)

A La Carte Cost: 3 classes: $90.00 + HST // 6 classes: $175.00 + HST // 9 classes: $260.00 + HST
