Boundaries & Touch Workshop Creating Containers for Polarity and Pleasure

Did you know boundaries can actually bring us closer?
It’s counter-intuitive isn’t it?

Without boundaries tools and awareness, we end up saying “yes” to things that are okay at first, then things change and we end up enduring experiences that feel icky or hurtful.

Enough of that!

With practical boundaries tools and awareness, we can live life from a safer, more empowered and self-connected place. We’re able to create a variety of intimate, respectful and spicy experiences that are “Heck Yes!” to both people.
