A sweet and cuddly playtime with little exercises that you don’t want to miss.

Moonsong
Our menstrual cycle is a normal, healthy and healthful aspect of being a woman. It is a powerful process which shows us how to live authentically and uniquely as ourselves. Our menstrual cycle – though culturally derided – is a great source of energy, regeneration and renewal. through
Getting to know your cycle is getting to know yourself! During your reproductive years, you are in your menstrual cycle, and you see this in your moods, your energy levels and your mucus.
Our rites of passage – birth, menarche, the birth of children, and menopause – are also natural, healthy and powerful initiatory processes that deepen our relationship to ourselves, our communities and the Earth.
Connecting with your menstrual cycle and your rites of passage is part of the re-wilding of the feminine that is so needed now.

Shamanic Dimensions of Pregnancy

This workshop will help you:
Reflect on your birth imprint and how it affects how you birth your life, your projects, your art, your babies and yourself
Understand and nourish your fertility, embodiment and generative capacity
Understand the current culture around birth and how to navigate it

Journey deep within to meet your baby, soul babies, your Inner Goddess or your creative Self!

Autumn Woman, Harvest Queen is a one-day workshop in which to explore (PERI)MENOPAUSE as a powerful rite of passage in a woman’s life, often feared and misunderstood.
As our fertility wanes, we move from the Summer season of our lives to the Autumn. This is a time to CLAIM our harvest, EMBODY our wisdom and LEAD our communities!
This workshop will help you:
Explore the transformative power of Menopause and your earlier rites of passage
Unpack fears and ‘cultural baggage’ around changing bodies and aging
Renegotiate your health, your work-life balance, your relationships, your sexuality, your lifestyle…
Appreciate your embodied wisdom and embrace the new person you are becoming in this energetic upgrade!

The Rejuvenation Sessions - Ecstatic Dance
It’s called The Rejuvenation Sessions for a reason
Move freely, dance deeply, and surrender to the music for two transformative hours.

Move however you feel—this is your space to release and transcend.
