Caviar of Beer Jelly, Craft Beer & Cheese Workshop

Join chef Francoise Briet for a beer jelly workshop! Learn to make beer jelly caviar using a simple technique of molecular cuisine, then enjoy your caviar with our curated cheese and charcuterie board while enjoying great brews.

Each ticket includes the following:

  • Live demo + learn tips to make the perfect caviar of beer jelly

  • Enjoy a curated cheese and charcuterie board (local artisan cheese, charcuterie and bread or crackers) with some yummy surprises

  • Recipe card

  • Drink token (that can be used to enjoy a pint during the workshop or the cheese and charcuterie dinner)

  • We will supply all the tools required for the workshop. Bring your apron!
